Here is a bad habit list. It affects your health and personality. So quit these bad habits and live with a wonderful personality.
Nail-biting is included in the list of bad habits. It is not only unhygienic, but it is also a socially bad habit, leading to dental problems such as anterior teeth, stomach problems, and severe nails in the long run. People who have nail bites have smaller nails than the average human.
2. Meet with the Naysayers is a bad habit:
Some people have this bad habit who play ghosts argue for all their ideas and all the goals you want to pursue. We are already our biggest self-critics, so it doesn’t help that there is someone on our side and it prepares us to break down.
Meet with these naysayers and spend more time with helpful people who share creative ideas instead. This way you will be happy.

Smoking is really a bad habit. It is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. In the United States alone, 500,000 deaths annually are due to smoking-related illnesses. The latest study estimates that one-third of China’s male population will significantly reduce their lifespan by smoking.
Furthermore, smoking causes mature skin (i.e. wrinkles), yellowing of teeth, bad breath, and most of all – the health of the people around you, including your loved ones. Studies show that smokers are more likely to smoke second-hand. There are many health risks associated with direct smoking.
4- Excessive drinking is a bad habit:
We all know that excessive drinking is a bad habit, but do you know how bad it is? According to the National Institute on Substance Use and Alcohol, excessive alcohol consumption – in one case or another over time – can significantly impact your health.
Brain problems, Stretch the muscles, Arrhythmia – Irregular heartbeat, Heart attack, High blood pressure, fatty liver, alcoholic hepatitis, fibrosis, pancreatitis, and inflammation of the vascular tissues of the pancreas that prevent proper digestion, different types of cancer: mouth, esophagus, throat, liver.
If you drink too much, it’s hard to cut it right away. Stop or minimum reduce the number of glasses you drink each time.
They are found all over the world. From McDonald’s to KFC, to Burger King, junk food such as fries, high-processed burgers, and sodas are a staple in our society today. This is included in the bad habit list which destroys your body’s health.
A study by Paul Johnson and Paul Kenny suggests that junk food consumption changes brain function, similar to cocaine and heroin.
Although we cannot eliminate junk food from our diet right away, we can reduce our junk food consumption from today. Instead of soda, choose fruit juice (pure juice, not carbonated type) or mineral water. Switch to mashed potatoes, salad, or rice (most restaurants today allow this).
6. Eating excess red meat:
There is evidence that eating red meat is associated with an increased risk of colon cancer; This is evidence that increases the risk of oesophageal cancer, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and endometrial cancer.
Additionally, some studies have found that eating large amounts of red meat is associated with breast cancer, stomach cancer, lymphoma, bladder cancer, lung cancer.
7. Watching TV for a long time:
Watching TV, for long hours is included in the list of bad habits. However, remember that TV is not your life. Watching TV for three hours every night will improve your life.
Instead, use that time to reflect on your life, take stock, and work on your goals. Removing TV from your daily routine is not easy, but you can minimize watching TV.
8. Bad relationships:
Are you ever dating the wrong boys or girls? You may not be able to stop yourself from meeting bad partners, but you can certainly prevent them from getting in touch with them or spending time with them.

9. Doing things at end moments:
Another bad habit list is to delay your work. Start today on a new note. Instead of responding to your deadlines, be proactive about them by making advance plans, figuring out what to do during the week, and doing things in advance.
10- Don’t live with those who dislike you:
When people are not always there for us, will they bend over to be there? When we give in without expecting revenue, we must draw a line with people who don’t appreciate us, because these people are ruining our souls.
Stop spending time with people who don’t appreciate you, and spend more time with people who like you.
11. Stress feeding:
I eat whenever I feel unhappy, stressed, frustrated. My food has nothing to do with hunger. Eating me is comforting, this feeling is temporary and disappears after I finish eating.
Instead, what I was left with was the same emotional emptiness that forced me to eat it first (it could be happy or stressful), and it consumed 2,000 more calories than I should have eaten that day, and made me angry and stressed.
