Also, proper scrubbing and exfoliation can make our feet harder and harder. All these factors contribute to dryness, which can lead to cracked heels.

At the start, it looks normal but gets deeper and even more painful and maybe cause bleeding. The skin on the feet can quickly dry out because the feet do not have oil glands.


This enormous drying can cause the heels to crack, which means they need extra moisture. Normally people use petroleum jelly for crack heels. There are some other effective home remedies for crack heels.


Home remedies for cracked heels:

It is due to dryness and pressure on the heels. It makes the skin around the edge of the heel dry and thick. If you fail to hydrate your skin, the condition can worsen, eventually leading to cracked skin.


For those people who don’t care, it may cause discomfort and pain without making the feet look torn. Fractures can lead to deeper and skin infections if not taken care of properly. The reason we bring you some effective home remedies is that you should try to get rid of cracked heels.


1-Paraffin wax and oil:


You can mix a spoon of paraffin wax with 2-3 drops of coconut or mustard oil in a hot pan until the wax is properly dissolved. Once it’s cooled, store it in a container and apply it to your crack every night. 


2-Avocado and banana mask:


Bananas produce great moisturizers and avocados contain Vitamin A, E, and fatty acids that heal the cracked area. Mix together 1 ripe banana and half avocado to form a paste. Apply your feet and heels every alternate day.
Keep it for half an hour before washing.


 3-Coconut oil:


Coconut oil is known to fight fungal and bacterial infections as well as serve as a good moisturizing to the skin. 


It works wonders for dry and cracked skin. put your feet in warm water. Dry your feet and add coconut oil. Wear a pair of clean socks. Wash your feet with soap and water in the morning. 




Vinegar contains acetic acid, which is mild and works smoothly on your feet.  Add 2 cups of vinegar to 2-3 liters of water in a tub.


Hold your feet in this solution for  10 minutes. Wash and dry your feet with regular water. Apply any moisturizer. Do not use this method more than 2 times per week.


5-Oatmeal  and coconut oil:


 Oatmeal helps get rid of dead skin cells but also has moisturizing properties. Grind 2-3 tbsp of oatmeal into a powder and mix with 5 drops of coconut or olive oil.


Apply it on your broken heels and keep it for 30 minutes.
Rinse with cold water.


6-Lemon and Papaya:


It contains acetic acid, which leaves dead skin soft and soft and helps you to get rid of heel cracks. If used with papaya on the skin to get the best results.


You can only use lemon juice to get rid of cracked heels. Make lemon and papaya paste on your heels. Let it stand for  15 minutes and then wash off with cold water.
