Your heart is the center of your whole body system and its main function to pump blood into the whole body. Exercises for heart patients can reduce the risk of heart diseases. Do some light exercises as part of your daily routine. Exercises for heart patients is an important part of their daily routines.

 

1.  Exercise:

 

Do light exercise regularly to make your heart muscles strong. This also burns away any accumulated fat that could deposit in your arteries that leads to heart attacks.

 

2-Walking:

 

It might seem a little too easy.  You can walk anywhere at any time. All you need is a pair of supportive shoes. you can short walk whenever you think it is suitable. The flexibility of walking makes it easy for anyone to do and to keep doing it.

 

3-Cycling:

 

Jumping on your bike can do more than just get you from one place to another. Cycling has been shown to help reduce the risk of heart disease. It is good for your legs and heart muscles.

Light work in the garden:

It is good to do healthy light work in your garden and try to keep yourself fresh and happy. A light exercise is useful for your heart.

 

 

Diet for heart disease patients:

Eat healthy foods like apples, peaches, olive oil, fish, nuts, berries, pure chocolate,  and spinach. Make one of these a part of every meal.

 Be happy:

 

 

Do one enjoyable activity every day. Try those activities that give you happiness like phone your best friend,  read a book, watch a comedy show, anything that is happy and positive.

 

 Careful about dental health:

 

Dental health is necessary for all your body health, including your heart, because those who have periodontal (gum) disease often have the same risk factors for heart. Brush your teeth twice a day.
