Headache and nausea home remedies:

For headaches and nausea, add a little hot mustard powder to the water. “You can put a washcloth in your head for 5 minutes in ice-cold or hot water. Repeat this process many times.

1-Use of hot or cold method:

 

Putting ice on the back of your neck can relieve migraines because it helps reduce the swelling that can lead to cold headaches. In addition, it reduces pain. Soaking your feet in soapy water will prevent headaches.

 

 

2-Lavender Oil:

 

It has not a beautiful scent but it is also the best remedy for relieving headaches. Lavender Essential Oil helps in the smell so you can put some drops in the tissue and inhale.

 

How to use it?

 

You can inhale steam by adding 2 drops of lavender oil to two cups of hot water.

Another option is to massage your forehead with a tablespoon of almond oil or two or three drops of olive oil. You can also take a step bath with lavender oil and pepper because hot water draws blood to your feet.

 

3-Cloves:

 

Cloves help reduce headaches due to their cooling and pain-relieving properties.

 

How to use it?

 

Take a few cloves and place them in a sachet or clean towel. Whenever you get a headache, inhale the aroma of crushed cloves until the pain subsides. You can also use a tablespoon of coconut oil and sea salt along with 2 drops of clove oil to gently massage your forehead.

 

4-Peppermint oil:

 

A refreshing smell, pepper helps to open blood vessels that can cause bad headaches. It contains menthol, which helps regulate blood flow. Breathe in the scent of a quiet dark room.

 

How to use it?

 

You can mix 3 tablespoons of peppermint oil with one tablespoon of almond oil or massage it with temples or a little water on the back of your neck.

Alternatively, you can put peppermint leaves on your forehead. Add 1 tbsp dried pepper to a cup of boiling water and make herbal tea. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Add honey and slowly drink tea.

 

5-Ginger:

 

Home remedy for instant relief of ginger known as honey for headaches. It helps to reduce the inflammation of the head and blood vessels, thereby reducing the pain. 

 

How to use it?

 

you can drink boiled ginger root or equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice for tea. You can eat it once or twice a day.

For quick relief, apply a few minutes of ginger powder and 2 tbsp water on your forehead.

 

6-Cinnamon:

 

It is an excellent spice and is one of the most effective headache remedies. 

 

How to use it?

Mix some cinnamon powder and add some water to make a thick paste.

Apply it on your forehead and temples and lie down for 30 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.

 

7-Use of  an apple:

 

Apple and apple cider vinegar can be used to treat headaches. They help restore the acid-alkali balance in the body.

If you wake up with a headache, eat a piece of apple with a sprinkle of salt, then drink some hot water.

 

How to use it?

 

Mix half a cup of apple cider vinegar with half a cup of water and boil the mixture in a saucepan. Remove from heat.

Hold a towel over your head and slowly inhale the steam. It provides immediate relief from headaches

 Mix 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar and honey with lemon juice in a glass of water. Drink 2 or 3 times a day. Apple cider vinegar helps restore the body’s acid-alkaline balance.

Some simple exercises to stretch your head and neck can help reduce the pain of headaches. Move your chin up, down, left, right, and neck to each shoulder.

You can also try to rotate the neck clockwise and anticlockwise to relax the muscles of the shoulder and neck.

You can boil 3 or 4 fresh basil leaves in a cup of hot water. Add a little honey and drink tea slowly.

You can chew some fresh basil leaves or inhale steam after the basil is boiled in a water pot.
